16. Exercise and Sport Science Excellent Center
The Exercise and Sport Science Excellent Center (ESSEC) is led by the
Department of Health and Sport Science, Faculty of Education. The center
offers a diverse range of exercise options and provides excellent sports and
health facilities to university personnel, students and people of the community
who want to play sports and do exercise. Whether you are interested in sport
and health activities such as yoga, aerobics, Thai boxing, fitness, sauna heater
stones, steam sauna or physical therapy services, the ESSEC has something for
you.
There are 7 units within the ESSEC, open Monday – Friday from 4.30 pm to 8.00
pm, as follows: Exercise and Physical Fitness Development Unit, Physical Fitness
and Sport Performance Test Unit, Exercise and Sport Injuries Rehabilitation Unit,
Health and Sport Science Department Data Based Unit, Exercise and Sport
Science Research Unit, Sport Science Journal Unit, and Art and Cultural to
International Promoting Unit.
